Majestic City Retreat Hotel, Dubai

I found the hotel to be a gem with some excellent features, but a few areas could be improved. The room was spacious and modern, offering stunning views from the balcony. The only downside was the slightly high price tag for the value received.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a big balcony overlooking the skylines, and I even received a complementary fruit basket, which was a nice touch. The view of Burj Khalifa from my room was truly breathtaking. However, the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.

The hotel provides a mixed experience with its very dirty windows and extremely large bathtub in the rooms, along with good AC but lacking a king-size bed. The service attempts to be helpful at times but needs significant improvement in friendliness and training, especially at the front desk and with bellboys. The location is convenient in Bur Dubai near the Al-Fahidi metro station, catering to different areas of interest, although the nearby park is not appealing. The dining options include a variety of Indian vegetarian items but may not cater to all nationalities. The facilities are satisfactory but could be enhanced.
